How do you approach each new day? Do you excitedly jump out of bed, full of electrically charged energy and ready to rock and roll; eagerly anticipating all the boundless opportunity this new day is about to offer up? Or do you instead just lie there, wishing you didn’t have to face the day? The manner in which you tackle each morning goes a long way in determining the type of you you'll get to enjoy or endure.
If you bound out of bed, embracing the dawning day with all of the fire and fervor you can muster, chances are great that today is going to be a day to remember. If, on the other hand, you can barely get your rear in gear, odds are pretty good that today may well be a day that you would like to forget. So what kind of day do you plan to have today — a forgettable or unforgettable day?

OK, I will grant you that it is a difficult challenge to be raring to go each and every day of your life. Like it or not, we’re all due an off day every once in a while. But when the off days start outnumbering your good days; could this perhaps be a real clear indication that you are moving down the wrong tracks and need to change your life’s direction immediately? You can bet your booty it is.
If you’re not out there fervently chasing your dreams, painting a portrait of excellence in everything you say, think and do daily; can you ever really be happy? Really, really,really happy? The answer is no. Come on, I’m not talking about occasionally being happy, but being consistently happy with your life and where you’re headed day in and day out. I’m talking about living life to the max, squeezing all the good times, great adventures and fabulous relationships you can from each day.
Hey, if you’re presently not loving the life you live and living the life that you love, when do you plan to do so? When you keep going from one hum-drum day to another, how in the world can you ever experience the kind of happiness that you desire and deserve? You can't and you won't. And that’s not the deal you want out of life, is it? No way! But hold on, don’t despair; the kind of happiness you’ve dreamed about is well within your reach. As a matter of fact, it’s right where it has always been — right there inside of you.

Inside each of us there shines a light; a radiant ray of hope, a beaming beacon of promise that can make our lives the rich and rewarding adventures we long to live. But whether we choose to allow this light to get to the outside and shine or merely flicker within is our choice alone.
Your capacity to channel your energy into making this day the best day ever has a great deal to do with what you do — and don’t do — on a daily basis. If you find yourself dreading the upcoming day, the warning bells are sounding loud and clear that you desperately need to make some radical changes
and make them right now.
Instead of trudging through life, doing what you have to do to just barely scrape by, why not turn the tables and start setting the world ablaze by doing those things you love to do? Rather than allowing even one more day to slip away forever, plodding along on a dead end street to nowhere, why not make the most of the moment by making the most of your God given gifts and abilities?

To be the best you were put on earth to be, you must fearlessly shine your own light and boldly follow your own path, never worrying about where that path may lead. You need to confidently stride into the unknown and forge the life that you’ve always imagined. And never, for even one minute, concern yourself about the surrounding darkness, because that is precisely where your light will shine its brightest.
John Wesley once said, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.” When you start doing everything you can to make your life everything you want it to be, you will discover that your life can become everything you have imagined it could be and more.
There's no doubt about it, today is your day in the sun. That’s right, today is your time to rise and to shine as never before. Instead of lying around and doing nothing, it is time to get up and get with it, allowing that light from within to show you the way. All you'll ever need is ready when you are. Just follow your heart and you’ll find the way. And may God bless you each step of the way.
