Bo Sanchez: Powerhouse Interview By Mel Tiangco

I have always read his books way back when I was in College as I have mentioned with my previous blogs and I find his teachings about God being relevant to everyday life. I guess that's how I became his fan and most of the time, I find time to read his blogs, watch his videos and listen to his audios that help me develop my spiritual growth, self development and even with my financial understanding. Now I just want to share with you this video to get to know more about Brother Bo Sanchez. When I heard of his story, I was really shocked and I kept on thinking, did I read it right or did I understand what I just read? Is it really what it is? Did it really happen to him? And then you will soon realize the question, how did he overcome...

A Tale Like No Other Than Be Careful With My Heart

When I was still single, I always had those moments where I'd dream about being married and portraying the role of a wife. Obviously when you are dreaming, one thing is for sure, you dream of the nice things that you could think of being a wife such as being well taken cared of by your husband and pampered with love. I would imagine myself waking up every morning watching my husband as he sleeps then cooking breakfast for him. I would also imagine sweet moments with him before going to sleep and hugging each other so tight while talking about everything that happened for that day. That marriage bliss that you thought will never go away as you are always happy to do things for him and that everything is just so perfect! Guess what, I found...

Those Days When a Woman Gets Her Period!

For every woman out there who suffers from dysmenorrhea or menstrual pains such as headaches, leg cramps, stomach pains which I'm sure every woman who experiences this knows what I am talking about, I just can't help but wonder on how does a woman gets through it especially when while at work? This came into my mind while I was on our way to Jinga Juice office to get some checks for my downlines in my network marketing business. After getting the checks from the office, we went straight to ATC in Alabang to eat our lunch at Pancake House then ran some errands of depositing the checks of my downlines then went home. That's how I scheduled my day since I was not feeling good because of my period.  My husband was driving and while...

Appreciate Your Life

I woke up today at 12am, yes 12 midinight. I felt like I was sleeping while awake beset with so many thoughts, worries which might have been stressing me out that I just had to wake up from being awake while I thought I was sleeping. So what did I do after waking up? The usual, went to my office and opened my Facebook account. Then I saw these posts that did not really help at all. I saw a video post of a road accident with an old man who was crying for help and has blood all over and his legs were misplaced and there was also a woman lying lifeless. Then I saw a post of someone who's brother was shot in the head five times and they still don't know who did it. And then another post about an OFW who died in  Saudi Arabia who was...

Patience Is A Virtue

One of our plans once we go back to in the Philippines was to put up a Thai Restaurant in partnership with Uncle Tum. I would say he's the best Thai chef for me, I loved every dish he cooked for us while we were in the UK.  Well, our plan has taken a backseat for now but we are just preparing for it. We will still pursue and push thru with our plans once we are financially stable from our multiple streams of income. For now, we will just have to wait for God's plans.  "Don’t get impatient when things aren’t going your way. Sometimes a delay is just what you need to get the results you desire." The two guys discussing about our future business perhaps? My Husband drinking beer while Uncle Tum is cooking Doing...

Our Sukiyaki Version

One of the best memories I have staying in my Aunt's house in Leeds, United Kingdon was feasting on food. His ex-husband is Thai and a chef so we really get to enjoy good thai food and even chinese food. We love doing our version of Sukiyaki. Oh, I just can;t get enough of it every time we do this in their house. It's really fun eating like Japanese people and mixing all the seafoods, noodles and soup while grilling all sorts of meat. Anyway, I think the pictures can show it more than my words in describing how we enjoy our Sukiyaki. Just look at that, the chili sauce, noodles, meats, shrimps make me drool right now. With my Aunt Minda Nice shot of the whole group feasting on our Sukiyaki version My husband...

Dedon Island

It's Holy Week and I'm sure a lot of people have already made plans for their vacation but I just wanted to write a quick post about Dedon Island which is creating a buzz lately in the tourist zone. So maybe for those who are still thinking of where to go this Holy Week or this summer, I suggest considering this island. The pictures of Dedon Island certainly paints a thousand words. Just a short walk from the beach, with the Sea Pagoda in the distance, the infinity pool at DEDON ISLAND is the hub of resort activity. The horizon is never far from view at DEDON ISLAND. A series of pavilions faces out to sea, as does the occasional NESTREST hanging pod. On the southeastern tip of Siargao, the DEDON ISLAND Village nestles between...
